So traffic stopped.... guy waves me out.... turning left into a turning lane....

soon as i get into the turning lane a guy hits me head on in an old nissan sentra i think it was....

yeah i was amazed at how soft the impact was on my end.... he hit me about 40mph and my airbags didnt even deploy... in fact my car and myself didnt even move on impact..... the other guy though had to be taken to the hospital to be looked at. He said his chest hit the steering wheel which i find that hard to believe if he was wearing his seatbelt....

Hoping the G is totaled. I'll find out sometime this week. I didnt get covered on rental car because i have more than one car.... my MR2 Turbo needs a clutch so now im wishing i had rental lol if its totaled hopefully it is... they will just write me a check and I have GAP insurance on the car as well so i'll just go get another one

 

****ty part about all this is.... I was at fault... i got the ticket....

I understand i should have not relied on the guy waving me out but he was WELL PAST the 300ft mark for being in the turning lane.... he was trying to beat the light

this is BS.... allstate didnt total the car.... instead hit me with a quote of $10,768 ...... wtf!!!
