I believe bigger rims and taller tires provides more clearance under the body, also deceases fender gaps. So you need to do the calculation of how much drop you need and if your tire will rub. I say you should go for S-Tech, your color combo looks better with aggressive drop.

here's a side view pic, the springs didnt fully settle yet this is 2days after install but you get the idea.
