For some reason through your processing it turned some of the white areas blue, ie the grill is blue and parts of the flag in your night shots are blue.
I see from the exif in your photos you have a D80, if you spend a little more time learning the metering and getting a proper exposure you will be able to get the desired effect with out extensive post processing such as HDR (for this example anyway).
