Honestly, 4" really isn't much.
Of wheels I've personally owned, my PIAA SuperRozzas with 9/10" widths had 3" lip front and 4.5" lip rear. My last set of Volk GT-S with 9.5/10.5" widths, my last set of SSR Professor SP1's in 10" widths, and my Junction Produce Scaras with 9.5/11" widths each have the same or more.
