I think my buddy's Volk SF winnings had a 4 inch lip.. Had those on my G for a day. Those were some fatty rims and tires it had going on.

Lets clarify one thing... alot of wheel manufactures curve the spokes to give a bigger lip. A perfect example would be the Work VS-XX or any precision series iForged like the model Moog posted. The spokes curve into the section where the rivets are so really, you are just getting a "cheater" lip.

I would rather have a true 4 inch lip with a flat face design as opposed to a 5 inch lip in which the spokes curve in. I think it looks a bit more tasteful. Thats just me though.
