This is a small example of why America fails on a much larger scale.
Unable to come up with any progressive and original auto designs, while clinging to an antique, dated, and ultimately lost history.

+1 on what Joker said too, about the exhaust.
Any way an American company can save a few $ when making a car, they will. It's as if people won't notice?
For example -->
Nice Brembo brakes, way to put the same wheels that are on every other POS dodge on similar platforms over them.

Every car company does it...
I went to a concert and had to drive my friends new G8 sedan back. 90% motor, 10% car. Zero road feel, handled like a yatch in a turn, and I swear to $!%! I couldn't drive the thing under 80mph on the highway.

Sorry for the rant. I just feel so bad that this is all my country can do, on one level with an automobile, yes, but its reflective of so many other problems on a larger scale.

Sorry for the rant (._.)

And the sad thing is it takes American car companies about 3 years of Design and R&D just to come out with the same old crap. Look how long the new Camaro has taken.
