nice! wish I could have made the show to see your cars in person. Were you guys rolling through vancouver on I-5S sunday evening around ~8pm? I'm pretty sure I saw you guys as I was rolling north back up to seattle at that time.

Actually I spotted your beast, and was thinking about taking the next exit so I could circle back and get a better look

About the trip :

It took us 19 hours to travel 1,100+ miles.

Viet and I drove the whole way, while Marty did have a relief driver for part of the way and had 1 infraction.

Cersoft, thanks for coming by and introducing yourself. To bad there were not more G35's at the show.

Viet won - 1st Place Truck/Suv and Best Body.
Marty won - Best Infiniti Mild and Best of Show Mild
Randy won -2nd Place 2dr Wild

We did show with team TWC, which won Hottest Team Results and in total 28 awards.

On the way home, James with the white Audi caravaned along with us. Somehow we lost Marty when we made a stop at a rest area, just south of Coalinga, Ca., he didn't see us pull over. After 20 minutes of driving after that stop, the 3 us got pulled over. We did not get pulled over for speeding, but for suspision of vehicle violations. All of us had to pop open our hoods, the one cop even gave Viet and I a knife so we could cut the tape so we could open our hoods.

Viet and James got 3 vehicle violations each and I got 4 violations.
Viet and James are sure good at BS-ing the cops for not getting violations for their turbos.
Marty lucked out since he was not around.
