SxExCx's Polished Plenum Installed

This is one of Sean's (SxExCx) polished plenums. I've had it for a few weeks but like everything else, it takes me a while to find the time to do the install. It definitely cleans up the engine bay and Sean's polish work is top notch! I'll run this until I install Mike's Big Top (DM2). The car needs a good clean, engine bay included but here are some quick pics. I'm waiting on one of Zack's engine harness covers which I should get sometime next week. I'll run the 350Z engine cover until I clean up the bay a bit more and then add Zack's cover.

Thanks Sean. I borrowed your idea on the anodized red fender washers. It's a great contrast. You should get my core return on Tuesday from Fedex. Thanks again, great polish work!

The washers on the plenum are a +1000... Nice attention to detail on that one and the rest of the color themed engine bay...

Thanks. I got the idea from Sean when I saw his engine bay post. When I ordered the plenum I asked him where he got his and ordered the same set from Ebay.

The M6 socket cap bolts are from a local hardware store. I got the the lengths from Tony's Motordyne plenum spacer guide. The anodized red fender washers are from Ebay. Google JDM fender washers and you'll find them. They come in various colors and use M6 bolts.

Here's a link to the JDM fender washers. You need to get specific length socket cap head bolts from a hardware store as the bolts that come with the Ebay kit are specifically for fenders.

The Ebay listing cites the fender washers are for a Supra but the washer works with any length M6 Socket Cap bolt. I think he has four different colors of washers. I discarded the bolts that came with the washers and used the ones purchased at the hardware store.
