Right, so then why don't you just refrain from all your negative comments in picture shares from now on...since it's obvious you can't take any kind of negative critisism.
I said mismatching wheels looks dumb and it does. The price doesn't dictate whether something looks good or not, but you must have been too caught up in fireing back at that to see i also said that all those rides are siiick!

The other effect you asking about is called HDR
Search on that or as in Photography section. Them guys will tell you all about it.

HDR processing requires at least 3 images at different exposures. Set up your tripod & shoot 3 shots, 1 at -2 Exposure, 1 at 0, 1 at +2 then use Photomatix of Photoshop to HDR Merge & mess with the tone mapping.
