Cool Gold Volk GT-S are on

First, wanna dish out props to Soad for the awesome fender roll and install. I've mentioned it before, but if you're in the 818 or L.A. area, hit him up for anything. He's an awesome guy and will hook you up.

Anyways, here are a couple of teasers...the car is dirty so I'll take better shots later. I dropped the car about 1.5-2 weeks ago, so I'm hoping the springs will settle a bit more in the rear. Otherwise I'm gonna have to cut the springmount a tad bit because it's too high for my taste. The specs are as follows:

F: 19x9.5 (+17) - 265/30/19 Yoko Advan Sports
R: 19x10.5 (+18) - 295/30/19 Yoko Advan Sport / Michelin Pilot Sport PS2

LOL, thought I'd join in on the fun. Now as mentioned, the rear isn't as low as I'd like, even w/ the Z S-techs, although it's only been 1.5-2 weeks. I feel like it was lower on my OEM 19s which is weird because the previous 245/40 compared to the 295/30 are very similar in size. Also since they stick out some from the fender, it makes the gap even more noticeable. How long until the springs finally settle (I got them used btw), and how much lower will they go?

Thanks everyone for all the comments, whether they be + or - . I welcome all .

`John

jlin: Omar is awesome eh? He did my fender roll in about 30 min and came out great. He's going to install my VQ35HR y-pipe next week as well as my Rays black lugs that are coming in shortly. BTW which Works did you order?

I've only had lowering springs on an IS300, and it took them well over a year to truely settle. Even then, don't expect much.

To be honest, just get coilovers at this point. You've got a pro setup with the 17/18 offset, and the fatty tires @ 265/295. You're not doing yourself justice without a proper coilover drop.
