I asked about this in the thread and it got moved to a less popular thread so I'm not sure it was ever even seen. I asked if you parked and it rained and filled with water, then the sun started to beat down on it, would it start to discolor the CF faster. Not to mention all the dirt and such will get stuck in that area and if you don't wash it right away might cause issues?

dunno if its possible , but clearbra that **** lol but i suppose that **** discolors too lol

I should have it installed tomorrow! I sold my factory trunk on ebay, and the MG2 trunk doesnt come with a damn latch, so i have to go to the stealership tomorow and buy a latch assy for $114 Will have pics for sure tomm!

Also i do not drive my car but 1-2 times a month and it doesnt see rain, so i dont have to worry about a bird bath on my trunk

not a problem for those of us that do not drive our G's in the rain
