No, there isn't....on cars that came from the factory with the aero package, because that includes the rear spoiler with integrated third brake light. Since you had pics of your car with an oem spoiler, I just assumed you had the aero pkg. If you have the third brake light on your rear deck too, then that means it's a base model and the owner or dealer added the spoiler later, which I guess is the case here.
