Slow the shutter speed way down on a DSLR type camera

nice pics chord the rolling pic is taken at a very slow speed right adding a delay of a second on the shutter something like that still learning theres this guys at my job he shoots for playboy he's teaching me a few thing but i didnt really pay attention lol
