Rig Shots!2nd Try [heyitzalex TT Sedan]
Had the opportunity to shoot heyitzalex's TT Sedan this afternoon. Photos from our shoot will be posted later tonight.
2nd try with my homemade rig. I got a thicker EMT pole (1" versus the 3/4" one I had before) and used my much lighter D40 instead of my D300 and that did the trick! Shot came out much better and sharper than my first try (back wheel is in focus this time).
PP on this one was a pain because of all of the lines in the background.
Now I need to pick up some ND filters to allow for longer exposures during the day (the front of Alex's car is a bit overexposed). Thanks again Alex for being my guinea pig with the rig!

Marcus, EXCELLENT!
Did you flip the picture? The set up pick shows the car with the camera on driver's side, but the rig shot has a picture of the driver's side.
Edit: Heyitzalex, by any chance were you driving on Montana Avenue in Santa Monica tonight?
