are those painted or powdercoated? dont really know how to tell the difference

i dont know if it goes like on the lip on around it? u know wat i mean?
it was a horrible explanation. like doest the red tape go just like on the lip or does it tuck over the edge of the lip?

 

I think that is more personal preference. i kinda did mine by my eye. So pretty much whatever you think looks best. I put mine just a little over the edge of the lip so it would kinda blend and stuff better.

LOL. did you clean em really well. If its still not sticking use a heat gun or a hair drier. Just heat em up and lay em down. Don't get em too hot or they will crinkle.

 

wat should i clean the wheel with?
im just testing these on my stock oem 19's
u think itll look wack on the stock wheels? i have enough tape to put on even after im done painting the wheels

 

aight thanks MTG35guy (i dont know ur name lol) i finally got the TA tape on my oem 19's here wat they look like on stock wheels i havnt painted them yet but i just wanted to see how it would look like.

They look aight. I think they would look better with the rim being black.

btw, who's car is that that you posted with the stock repainted rims. (white car)

 

Not quite sure who the owner is. (hope he doesnt mind) I took it from another thread on driver. Its how my car looks minus nissan logos and gold wheels. Thats why I wanted to see how satin black would look and I love it!

 

yea im going to paint the wheels satin black as soon as i can get someone to let me borrow spare wheels for a few days.lol
i just wanted to see how the wheels would look with the red stripe.
