Ill prob run to phantasm tomm. Im going to get 5 qts of amsoil and a k&n oil filter.

I got an extra K&N, and a case of Eneos 0w50 oil at the house... never used amsoil

Have you had any issues? Whats the advantage of 0w of 5w?

No issues, been running the same oil weight since I had the car... most off the shelf oil is like a 5w20 or 5w30 I don't think I ever see a 5w50

Not sure, i have to run to the bank and get a fur chop, but i honestly think thats why your car made 190 something HP. Your not using the correct weight of oil. You def should run 5w30

well I thought the number was off my self but I asked another member on here with the same year 5at i got and he made 197 and I made 198...

You should gain some ponies by running the correct weight of oil. But having an AT tranny does make you loose quite a bit of power
