Funny thing is, as much as I liked the GTS, I never saw myself ever buying a set. I had my eyes so narrowly focused at the RE30's.

Stick around for a few more months and I should be good enough to do a little 818 photoshoot
Not a fan of the Gialla grill. I've really though about a black emblemless OEM grille. But since im also thinking about blacking out my headlights, im afraid of overdoing the black look.

Anyway nice pic and even nicer car. Should put at least a 5mm spacer on there though. Can't wait for a proper photoshoot.

 

Henry, if you're too worried about too much black, then just black out the OEM and leave the chrome Mt. Fuji?

 

Ive been workin a lot lately. Ill try to make it on the next meet.

 

I think it would look strange if I have everything black (body + headlight housing + grille) and the emblem is the only chrome around.

For now i'll just leave it the way it is or do one or the other (headlights or grille). I think the chrome accents work well with my car right now since the GTS with its polished lip are more "bling" than aggressive looking.

 

If you want we can trade grilles and you can see for yourself? I have one chrome mt. fuji and one blacked out as well?

5MM spacers would be sweet. But I just don't want to deal with spacers.

I wish they made the GTS in 10 inch fronts, 11 inch rears with a slightly more aggressive offset. Oh well, can't complain since these already look damn good
You have a blacked out grille? If you do, I've never noticed it.
