The clearance and citylights are controlled by 2 separate remotes. AND NO IT DOESNT ALWAYS CYCLE THE COLORS. It's selectable.

those are some nuts headlights. They would be a lot cooler if they didn't change colors. Kinda ricey.

They don't need to change color...so I don't see what's so ricey about that? It's the thought that you can when you want to that matters.

That's why it has a mode button on the remote
