Thumbs up New D90: A Few Shots

Newest member to the world of photography. Just got a Nikon D90 this week, been playing around with the settings & snapped a few.
GURUs give me opinions & advice thanks

Not bad for first time.

You should pick up a circular polarizer if you already haven't; it will help lessen the reflections on your black G.

Try playing with "Shadow and Highlights" in photoshop. That will make the pics of the black G much better.

Thanks! i will be picking up a circular polarizer or UV filter soon.

The D90 is a spectacular camera...theres just unlimited possibilities, its amazing. Can't explain it in words, its a great camera

There could be a way to salvage whatever u shot. First, make sure u always shoot in raw. For your dark indoor pics, try playing with a balance of exposure and fill light. Right now, all the lines of your car are getting lost in the darkness.
