Stripped out one of the nuts on the 25mm spacer that I had on the rear. I was doing the work myself at around 4 PM yesterday. I switched out my sides and my bumper back to OEM and took the front 15mm spacers off no problem. Then I came to do the rear.... broke torque on 4 of the 5 nuts on the driver's side rear. Last nut I came to, wouldn't break at all. Used everything I could and broke two 3/8" drive extensions in the process.

Afterward, called two of my fellow G buddies to assist me but they also did not have the tools to help me. By this time it was already 11 PM and everything was closed, so we really couldn't go out and purchase anything we needed.

Finally, this morning, took the car to a friend's shop. After pounding in an 11/16 socket and hitting it with a pneumatic powered impact gun, the nut came off and then commenced to continue with the rear 25mm rear install.

Then, I go on to install the rear driver's side wheel only to find out that its flat because the people who mounted the tire, didn't tighten the valve stem down all the way. So I rolled over to the tire shop with 3 wheels installed and a Coupe 19 and they fixed the problem.

I went home and finished the install at the house.

So... finally, its complete.

I have minor rubbing in the front when I hit bumps and stuff, but nothing a minor front fender pull can't fix.

erklap, thanks man. The four month wait was a long one, but definitely worth it in the end.

Dre, yea man... I'm working on that. I need the new front and sides to get here and get painted before I do anything. As much as I love my car, I don't want to do a shoot rolling around on OEM stuff.

Frankie, dude that was one huge hassle that I had to go through just to install 4 wheels. You would think it would be a quick job. Hell no it wasn't.

I really dig looking at all the pics of T1S wheels.
I really like the wheels on my car now but there was something really cool about the T1S. I miss them.
