if you keep changing your ride height does mess up the camber and toe? like you set the height to a rideable height, set camber and toe to specs. and you lower and raise the car constantly. will that mess it up?

^No, it doesn't like loosen the bolts and start changing the specs. The camber/toe changes for sure though depending on how high or low you have it
