could be... me and G Sedan used the same shop (probably same material), his pics are black too... didnt get the same pricing as OP, so maybe it is the material that makes a difference?

It is the cheap stuff, but the purple color in the pics is not due that the quality....not when it's brand new at least. It will fade over time and can turn brownish or purplish.

My Alcantara has been in my car for 3 years and there's no signs of fading.

There's dozens of different usuede, cheap ultrasuede always comes out purple looking.

There's only 2 Alcantara dealers in the country... one in Florida and one in Michigan.

I had a friend trading in his car and we swapped interiors. I was quoted $800 just to do the headliner...not included the sunroof, visors, or door panels, which I also received in the swap.

Well been tossing around a few Ideas and I think I know what I want.. First was going to get the cage dipped in Black nickel but the tank is to small, so that ****ed up my plans...

So now I'm painting it pearl white with gold flakes
