So pics really don't do the headliner justice, kinda look purple but you guys get the idea. So I bought the Black Suede fabric at Handcock Fabric store for like $15 got 3 yards. They were having a 40% discount so had to pick it up. Went around to a local upholstery shop and they only charged me $90 to wrap the headliner and all 4 pillars. Already head them out of the car... Good deal I must say...

Now time to get my roll cage painted this weekend and throw it in the car,,caint wait.

Oh I also filled in the holes to the seat belt brackets, since I will be using harnesses. no need for regular set belts

How did you get it to look black in pics???

 

You have to mess around with the camera settings. It's hard to take decent pictures of suede since the colors vary so much, depending on how much light is hitting it.

 

it might also be the dye and the quality of suede.

mine came out black on my point and shoot cam too.
