It's def not the easiest thing. Here is a link to a diy that JasonZ-ya did on my350.

I lost all comforts in the car, if it does it would not bother me one bit. I am sure it can't be louder than my dual 3" aps exhaust.

They help bring your suspension geometry back to where it should be when you lower the car.

Sounds like it might be a good choice for you. But I see allot of people showing interest in these solid bushings and not realizing that a role of a bushing is to reduce noise and vibration, and solid material don't do that very well.

This is a good option for a drift or a race car tho.

quick question on a 350Z thread.

Why is it important to mark the driveline position on a pumpkin? What diff does it make?

ive done literally hundreds of those bushings. we had a recall on them on the altimas over the past few years. if your car has ever seen salt(living in florida, i doubt) it can turn out to be a pita. we had a special bushing tool that was basically a 1/2 inch threaded rod with a cap on one end and you would use your impact on a nut on the rod and it would pull the bushings out of the subframe. but somehow some managed to still not come free and thats when you gotta get real creative! best thing is spray them down with PB the night before and use some heat and/or air hammer

I very much doubt that these specifically will increase noise. On moving parts or parts that contact moving parts... then yes. This will remove the mushyness of the rubber bushings, and stiffen up the rear. It will also correct the angle of the suspension some, now that the car is lowered.

The reason for marking the drive shaft is to avoid vibration, they are balanced.

Ya I can only imagine, but I have the tools here and an extra sub-frame to test a few methods on. Thanks for the advise tho.
