Why not, car is performance oriented any money goes to motor and go fast. That is the only sound I need. No need for some bass and speakers, extra wiring etc... factory bose is more than enough for me.

My factory Bose had much petter sound than my pioneer AVIC Z-2 DD unit becuse it dosent retain the factory amp. So unless you are ready to drop some cash on aftermarket amps I would stay factory as well.

If you ever feel like the pop up nav is weighing you down ill gladly help the weight reduction cause.

This is my first time seeing this build I went through every page really cool stuff, lots of hard work!!!! Did you need to lengthen the wires for the headlights to run them through the fenders?

Mike I did not have to extend the headlight wires, but did have to extend a few other in the loom. Other people say they did not have to extend any but I wanted enough slack so nothing would be pulled or rub on an edge etc...

How is your Westie? Swear ours will be a pup forever...though he was house broken in 2 weeks.

Ours thinks he is the king of the castle... We have been crating him while we go to work since he has been a puppy. He is a bit wild at night from being in the crate in the day time. He is great entertainment.

haha, ours too. He would destroy our house if not crated when we are gone. Even when trained.
