Update

Here are some pix of my work this weekend. I polished the edge of my spacer and hit it with some coats of dupli color, came out pretty good.

I also started the chore of polishing my plenum, couple hours in and its coming out nicely.

Mrev2

So i purchased 2 MREV2 lower collectors, i have a non rev up but still want to see if i polish the existing motordyne MREV2 and remove the cast marks and rough surface if we cant improve on the HP or even just the sound. As you can see in the pix im just starting the cleaning process to smooth everything down and will be polishing it afterwards. As soon as it is complete i will be dyno'ing it on my non rev and someone elses rev-up to see what we can come up with.

After the testing I will be selling one of the MREV2 as i don't need 2 of them so if anyone is interested let me know.

Another Day and more projects

Pretty much finished with the grinding/shaping stage and started the polishing on the MREV2, painted my TB (first coat pic), installed my roof spoiler and changed out my in cabin air filter (adds 15hp!)

Hopefully tomorrow i will finish the MREV2 and try to finish the top of my plenum (polishing metal sucks).

Updates

So i decided to polish one MREV2 and port one. I figured when its dyno time it will be easy to find someone with a stock MREV2.

Today i finished painting my TB and installed my plenum, i got tired of polishing the upper so it is more clean with a shine then polished. I also polished my AC lines and oil dipstick, i will be painting the handle soon, removed some engine stickers and continued to work on my timing covers... tomorrow i will powdercoat and hopefully finish my install.

I have had the car for just over 4 weeks, i have put 130miles on the car and spent 60hrs working on it

ANother day

So i trimmed and installed my RHD reservoir cover, was pretty easy and looks good. I also ground down the raised letters/writing on the radiator support to prep for future paint. Doing some more powder-coating today and will hopefully install later this afternoon.

Round 2 begins

I opened up some more ports in my radiator mount to get some more pass through air to my pop charger.

I also installed LED's, went with white for my side markers, license plate and map lights, and went with blue under my door.
