Originally I was going to do something like a 2jz or s14, but now I'm pretty set on buying another older bmw 1980's 318 or 320 with the same engine (4cyl) except they have fuel injection and 5 speed. Pulling it from the car rebuilding it and hopefully if the funds are around slap a big turbo and megasquirt on it. I would be very content with around 200hp since this car is so small and weighs nothing.

Soo nice!

What color are you looking at painting again? I recall seeing it, but i can't remember...

This will definitely be my screen saver once it is finished

black, but still up for debate I'm not too concerned with color yet just trying to get her running

I would be stoked if it ever was screensaver worthy.

Heist; nice sportscar man, you really make me nostalgic for a motorhead I knew 46 years ago (passed on).

I was a "kid"; he was amazing with his many cars, guts and skill. I learn so much then and I feel that way again now.
I could never figure out then how he knew so much. Hard work and passion! Like you.

You look like a young guy but your a mechanical superman with metal in the simple facilities that you have to work with. Thanks for the blog.

Keep cutting, filling and smoothing the BMW2002 looks amazing!

such a awesome build. For never creating fender flares, they have turned out great. Because you have a gold face/polish lip wheel set up, I think a metallic/pearl black would make everything just pop.

Took a trip to vegas so everything got put on hold. Nice break, but I came home to her over heating. Ended up picking up a new thermo didn't work still. Now I have pulled out the pump and I'm waiting for another thermo and pump.

Anyways good news is I got new yoks for the rear . I'm not that huge on stertch, always just like a light stretch, but this look is really growing on me. Profile of the car is finally almost even. I will get some full shots tomorrow, but this is just a teaser for now !

Crusty. The pump looks just as bad...

new, but still dead out of the box...

new tires

I'm not going to make it

The thermo and pump are dead. I swear this car is full of lovely surprises. Luckily I have people I can get rides from for a week in most of my classes haha. Should have it moving by next friday!

The stance is almost a go too ! on a positive note finally. Just need to get smaller spacers drop her a little more. (don't mind the front gap raised it to sand)
