The dori IS a piece of crap as far as quality goes but I do get 10x more compliments out of it than any other part on the car. I'd definitely get the VIS slayer if it didn't have that rise in the middle of it. It makes it look a little too muscle car'ish to me.

I'm curious to why I get so much flak for the hood but people such as Patman, DarksideG35, and calex (from Florida) never see the light of day. No offense to either 3 though.

Here are others who have the same, similar set up as mine, if not damn near exact. So, how is mine any different from theirs?

CALex

DarksideG35

And of course, we all know Patrick's car.

I prefer the cleaner lines of OEM, but I do like the hood on your car.

OEM looks better, Son.

But if you have the funds, I'd keep the HD hood, fix it up for good [hopefully], and rock it once in a while when you get tired of the OEM hood.

i think w/the OEM color, OEM just flows better. now if you had some vibrant paint job like those other guys, then it'd be the opposite.

I appreciate everyone's input and just let me clarify that I'm not angry at all, but I'm just curious as to everyone's opinion.

But with what you just said Mark, are you suggesting that maybe Pat's car didn't flow very well with it until he did his paint job? Pat was DG at one point after all.

And technically, CALex's car isn't a custom paint, it is an OEM color, Caribbean Blue.

well, i actually think that the HD hood look's like it was made for the Inven front. i like the TopSecret style vents better on the Kuruma
