i love your set--up with the hd hood but the oem keeps it clean. they are 2 different look so its hard to compare just depends what your going for. i love your hood , so i got the VIS one just because its more durable.
i think kon should do whatever he wants. 
dgaf about what others want your car to look like.
one looks is cleaner/smoother the other is a bit more aggressive. each person's preference will be different.
