omg. im moving to ky. wtf 5 car garage for 400k... wonder what 700k could get me... home looks bigger than 2700 sq ft

 

I love it here, not too big, not too small, always something to do. Major reason why I moved here is because my money goes a lot further here.

Congrats man. Looks gorgeous. I drove through Kentucky last spring. Absolutely stunning views just from the highway alone. Very clean state.

Literally this house is a knock down.... ITs a PIECE!!! They are asking 500k for it. its 2 bed 2 bath 1200sq ft.



This one is 2900 sq. ft. 4 bed 5 bath and they want 2.1 MILLION for it lol...... WITH a 400 dollar month HOA Fee....

Now lets dream with me for a minute hahaha....

6 bed 6 1/2 bath... 7 MILLION hahahahaha Some day lol....

 

I'm with Hotel on this. Coming from Chicago down to Ft.Campbell, KY / Clarksville TN, the housing market is incredibly cheap. For now I just rent, which that alone is cheap as f*ck, but I may talk myself into getting a place near Nashville once I'm out of the service.
