I feel ya, most of your 3 grand is probably in the labor. You can have them take everything out, and refund you the money, but they would charge you labor again. So you would end up spending 3 G and getting nothing at all for it. I would take it back to them and tell them your not happy with the sound and see if there is anything they can do/change to correct the problem. Maybe its something simple. Maybe you just need an additional $500 dollar part. I would rather pay another $500 to make everything work than have spent 3g and not be happy at all. Just have them check it out. It looks like they do nice work. Maybe its just an easy fix. Let us know what happens
