Ignore the trunk, I've given up on it. Rest of the car is working pretty well for the moment tho

It's the old Strafe CF trunk from a couple years ago. Fitment is bleh (of course this is the worst possible angle to view it from too). Bottom lip that connects with the body just above the bumper needs to be pulled a few mm but I can't do that without screwing up the paint so I deal.

 

It doesnt look that bad, wanna show me other pictures, i was thinknig of picking up the HD or strafe one.

 

Scroll back through the pages, I've posted quite a few. It's not that bad, it's only a few mm difference but I notice it.

This particular "Strafe" trunk was made by VIS but I've heard the more recently produced ones are fitting better. I may screw with it some more one of these days or sell it and mod an OEM trunk, too much else to do in the meantime.

so stoked importalliance is this weekend in atlanta. always makes me wanna spend money on new parts when I come home. version 3.0 will be coming to my G here this summer/fall. now time to decide on what to buy

 

Heres my 05 G O.B. w/Kandy brandy wine in the clear coat waiting for the hot cam LS3 and built 4L60E swap in. Oh yeah, those wheels are FORGELINE's GA1R's with centerlocks. Re did my guage cluster with all new guages, and installed a B&M Hammer shifter. Then CF'd all the trim.

Getting closer to finishing this one pretty much on my own.
