As you can see in the picture the rear of the car looks too bright, does any body know how I can fix that? Also, how can I make the background more blurry, but still have the car in focus?

One of the best way to get a really good motion shot and have a really blurry back ground and a crystal clear picture of your car is to use double exposure/photoshop. Try taking some pictures later in the day and use a slower shutter speed to get the blured motion effect.
Here is a picture I did. I didnt want things to be too blured. The reason why I wanted to show this is because this picture was actually taken at a stand still. The car was parked and no one is in the driver's seat

And since I mentioned double exposure... I guess I'll throw this picture in the mix too
This is before I got the hang of my camera. The quality isnt nearly as good as it should be.

I photoshopped the wheels, the street, the rails inthe back ground and plants. The things in the further distance I left clear to keep the depth of the photo.
I've been taking alot of my pictures in that location because its a great location. I've tried looking around, but I havent found anything near by... and I've been too lazy to drive out to LA or the OC and look more.
