Your car looks awesome man, I like its simple clean look.

I just installed my HKS today and I was confused about one thing. I started a thread about it but figured I'd ask you here also just incase you didn't see my thread. Was your install just remove stock and install HKS, or did they have to move anything around to install it. Here's the link with more info on my question:

Thanks

It should be a straight bolt on, but if you have any questions, feel free to call Street Image and ask for Mando. He installed my exhaust with help from another person.

Their number is 626-962-1503. Just mention my G35 and HKS exhaust that they did a couple weeks ago and I'm sure they can answer your question.

Thanks, that's what I thought. I watched them install it, and everything looked good. It didn't look like anything needed to be moved, but the dealer got me paranoid.

Actually, this LED strip is closer to the ones I got, if not, the exact same thing. The LED bulbs were embedded "inside" the strip and not protruding at all, that way you can close your door without breaking the LEDs.

Go to the 2nd to the last picture near the bottom of the page.

http://autolumination.com/tubes.htm

Description:

"120cm (14") LED Flexible Light Tubes
60 leds per strip 10mm (3/8") wide
Only 2mm (1/8") thick!
Adhesive backing
Only 0.09 amps @ 12 volts"

Good luck! I think I'll get another set for under the dash & foot area!

Impul sideskirts. You can probably get away with replicas, but I decided to go the expensive route and wait 5 months for the real thing!

CLEAN G, and nice exhaust get those sound clips up that you approve that you think sounds like the actual exhaust.... since you said alot of clips dont do the exhaust justice...also im not feeling the leds in the door at all...kinda kills the car IMO, but other than that lookin good.

Yeah, I gotta get my lasy **** and get the sound/video clips for ya.... been crazy busy at work, my bad.... I'll try to have it up in a couple of days. As for the LEDs, the only time you see it is if you hunch over and look under the door, other then that, they only turn on and show up when you open the door at night.

But hey, thanks for the props on the car!

Your car looks great! I'm not a fan of the Skyline badging, but the color and wheels in combination with the drop looks amazing. You're making me feel bad about my boring DG. If only one could get Lakeshore Slate with a Graphite interior...

amen to that. when i purchased my G it was either: black on black, or LS with beigh....i was signing papers for a black on black, but last minute i switched to LS.....i dont regret it, there are many black on blacks but just so many LS, and especially hooked up LS's..... GREAT JOB on your ride dude, i love it and those LED's really give it a touch, thats very unique... has anyone bugged you bout them? as in "ricer" or "that looks tacky"?

Also, hopefully ill get my kit on by this month so i can post some pics - have had it sitting in garage for past 2 months =\

Actually, no one has ever said it was "ricer" or "tacky" cuz you can't actually see them at all. All people see when they open the door at night is the soft blue light glowing on the ground.... it looks very nice! I've had them for about 3 months and people love the cool glow it gives at night right at your feet.

I'm still working on getting to the sound/video clips. I've been so busy with work, house hunting, and get togethers with family recently. I'll try my best to have them up on Sunday night or the next day.

I'm doing one small mod tomorrow, so if all goes well, I'll include that in the video clip. I'll also need to find a location to put that clip, since I don't think I can put it on my site. If anyone knows any sites I can upload small clips, please let me know. Thanks in advace!

Stay tuned...

-john
