Finally Got some pics (new wheels)

Well got a great deal on some SSR D5R's 18x8.5 front and 18x10 rear.. I konw these arent popular wheels but they are from Japan, 3 piece and realatively light... car looks 10 times better... and why 18's cause im not a fan of HUGE wheels Borla Exahust goes on tomorrow..

They look nice...

I just really like the OEM 18" and 19" wheels. I think Infiniti did it right with those OEM wheels.

Thanks.

I like em too.. but they are heavy.. and the rears dont fill out the wheel well at all width wise... ruins the line of the car.

the 19" rim weighs 22lbs. That's not too heavy. As for the Borla, I vote NO for that. It actually takes too much low end away.

Not bad...but I just feel that if you're going to spend money, might as well make it worth it and get a larger size. At least 19s... my $.02.

They look really nice, but there are alot of space tires to fender. maybe lower it a little. But over all it looks great.

where did u read or hear that the borla takes away low end??? It's one of the true dual exhaust out there that doesn't lose lo end and has the 2nd best hp peak gains.

First off I think the gear ratio in this car is great as is.. adding a taller tire would detract from that... i think 19's and up are too big for this car..thats my opinion, plus i didnt feel like recaling the speedo etc.. plus I got all 4 wheels for 800 bucks.. I dont like the OEM 19's either.. I just wanted to show an alternative than forking out 4k for wheels.. (insane)

And for those thinking that the Borla Exahust would take low end away.. comon now... plus i didnt buy it for performance i bought it cause it sounds a little deeper than stock.. if i want to go fast i just hop in my 10 sec Cobra.

Is it just me or do FIVE stars "cheapin" the look of our cars?

I agree with some comments above. OEM 18" or 19" look perfect with this car, no need to go after market, but what do I know,,,right? lol
