Question 2002 infiniti Q45 Front LCA bushings (traction bushings)

Does anyone here have problems with their front LCA bushings leaking fluid and clunking? I just bought my car and I am trying to find replacement bushings. I think I read some where on here that people were replacing the lca bushing with 300zx ones. However, does anyone know if the f50 and z32 share the same traction rod bushings? If so, does anyone on here have experience or know if these will work on our cars(f50)? http://www.z1motorsports.com/product...oducts_id=1167
