Would anybody be interested in a Window Motor DIY

Just curious, I just changed the motor on mine and took pictures in case. Did a search and only found the service manual one, if theres interest I'll make a DIY. Didn't know also if one existed that I didn't find.

I would not mind as I have to fix the passager motor. It still works but have to tap it for it to work.

There was something about this a little while ago but lost the bookmark.

Thanks for taking the time.

By all means, post the DIY. Even if one exists, some people tend to use different verbiage and might make things confusing. I mean, it couldn't hurt. If you want, just post your DIY in that same thread. You might have taken different pictures, etc.

I've always hated when following instructions and I get to a step that makes me go WTF!?

Just fyi....autozone (online/local) have the window motors and are a lot cheaper than ripoff nissan ones are. Yes, they are remaned but carry a lifetime warranty whereas nissan only 12 mo and they you're screwed if they go out AGAIN...which they will...

Look up Window Lift Motor when doing the search...
Cardone Part # 47-1377 for coupe driver side (example)

I know this is an old thread, but has anyone had issues with thelifetime warranty with autozone? I purchased the window motor you mentioned about 6 months ago and the damn thing started to f up again. Autozone said this will be my last replacement. WTF?!?!
