Nice research man. Aren't you a NW guy? Would love to see your ride sometime.

The car was running at 13.1 A/F before and is now at 14.2, so a TS reflash to give it a bit more fuel will probably add a few more ponies, maybe get up to 240 RWHP. I will be happy with that on a N/A 03 5AT sedan. Especially since the car baselined at 211HP/203TQ bone stock.

Sweet, thanks for posting the info and congrats on the power gain . I'm looking for headers & cats come Spring time. Maybe these or strup. Do you have the dyno graphs to post? Just curious. Thanks!

How hard was it to install these? Do you have to tilt the engine?

I didn't install them myself, but no engine tilt was needed like the Crawfords. Paid $350 and it took the guy about 5 hours to do. Unless you have a lift, I wouldn't even attempt it. Anyway, here's the dyno graph. As you can see, its running a bit on the lean side.

Next stop is a TS reflash. A bit more fuel, a few degrees of timing, and keeping the throttle fully open all the way to redline should complete things nicely.

The other thing is that I added 18" wheels instead of the 17" OEM since the last dyno. So that may have affected things a little as far as gains.
