review, Fast Intentions intimidator

okay so i got my exhaust on wednesday, had a dream about it thursday morning and woke up and went to the shop to put it on...

1 hour later, vroooom

i love the sound of it, it is a lot louder than the stock exhaust, but way less louder than other exhausts that i hear on the streets...

it is only loud when it needs to be, and while driving with music on low i can barely hear it...

the shine is spectacular, i got the stainless steel and it looks beautiful!!

so all in all i would recommend this exhaust if you don't want something thats way too loud but way more audible than the stock one....

and i know this sounds stupid, but people who ride with me in the car say it is faster, but i wouldn't go so far to say that, because even if there is a hp increase it would only be slight and you really wouldn't be able to feel it, i think the sound just makes it feel like its faster

I have the same exhaust and i LOVE it. It maintains that stock tone but its a lot deeper and meaner.

Yea, you're driving faster because the subconscious is enjoying what it hears....

About 10HP for the catback alone - you should feel a little more zip, especially in the mid-range. If you also got CATS or Resonated test pipes, you'd double the HP gain.

Glad you love it...

Question to everyone...not to thread jack, but I have this exhaust and my Tips are loosing the chrome look after so much dirt and driving. Its a little "Off Chrome" is there way I can polish it and make brand new looking? What would I use to do this?

Thanks.

And enjoy the exhaust I love mine

Rick...what mid-cross pipe (muffler) is currently being used?
Is it different than the one that I have?
I have the "first" run production model...
