Injen Intake

I just installed my injen intake yesterday....and I must say..I used to have the z-tube/popcharger..and this is like night and day. Its not as loud as the popcharger, but it feels like i gained a little power, not like the feeling of losing power with the popcharger. If anyone wants one, talk to jimthegreek02.....he hooked me up..and you cant touch his prices anywhere online.

Re: Injen Intake

I had the Injen intake on my Acura RSX. I plan to install the Injen CAI to an 05G..How do you clean the filter? Do you have to take the bumper off to get to it?

Re: Injen Intake

the instructions say you have to take off the bumper for the injen cai...but all you really have to do is jack the car up and unscrew the whole bottom plastic that is underneath the engine...you can gain good access from there

Injen is good and many have one, but I prefer my Typhoon (K&N) for the short ram option.

I also have an Injen CAI and love it. Isn't Injen the most powerful CAI you can get? And does anyone else's whistle when you are shifting gears? Maybe it's just the wind hitting the car at a downward angle or soemthing. email me with reviews, crmd37@hotmail.com thank ya'll!

My Injen whistles at lower rpms but I only hear it with the windows down and the radio off but once it hits 4000 rpms all you hear is the roar of the engine. It brings a smile to my face every time.
