I didn't take pics when I did it... (not that they are that pretty) but a couple other have asked. So I will get some pics this weekend.. sorry I am swampped with work, so I just don't have time to jack it up right now.

In short what I did was drill a hole in the large tab (where the 2 halves of the outer shell on the cat is welded together) then made a bracket out of some steel I bought at Lowes, it is sort of a 'Z' bracket. Then Bolted to the cat, and to the stock mount.

The stock mount does move with the drive train as it mounted direct to the tranny.

I just received the Stillen 2005 catalog. Stillen has a similar brace for the master cylinder. Has anyone tried this brace yet? If so, what are your impressions? Thanks.

does it help with wheel hop at all.

I get masive wheel hop if the tires spin (burnout, in the rain, etc.)

the instructions doesn't tell you how to adjust it. I just adjust it to the middle position.

I'm not sure about wheel hop but it seems to plant more power to the ground and now there isn't lag between gears.

I see a lot of people running a Z tube and JWT. Is this a better setup than the Injen?
