Hey guys, I need opinions.... I'm on the verge of repainting my whole car. Yup the whole car. Just waiting for my guy to finish painting the R32. Anyways, I was thinking Matador Red which is seen on the ISF or INFERNO RED from Dodge Challenger. Both metalics. Please post up some pics of any other red color ideas. I like the Candy Apple Red but, other people have that red on their G35 already.

Joel I'd rather do something a little different. Kind of pointless painting your car over another red color IMO. If your going to spend a few racks on a paint job. do it the right way. Also if your going to paint over your car might as well get a full body kit but I thought you was getting some engine mods done first? I'd say do the engine stuff first. With me I don't care about going super fast. I think my G is fine as is.

I didn't see any negative feedback on your garage.

Well I would go a totally different color but unfortunately I don't have the money being jobless in all to totally strip the car and paint the engine bay. These red are close to the dark red that's under the hood. I'm going for the show look first, performance (engine) later. I do have a full body kit and it's going on. Got cf fenders, bumpers, sides skirts. This red color IS different from the laser red. Laser Red is not a metallic color and is way lighter in the spectrum

I can totally understand that, If your looking for a show car paint job. just prepare for a 6k-10k bill (maybe 5k) but Anything less won't be really be show car paint job quality. Trust me I've seen what people did for 3k paint jobs. Not saying 3k paint job is bad, but if you want that paint to look like Glass. you will be spending some dollars. but when your paying top dollar, you might as well get a beater aka daily driver. I know I would!

but the fender, hood, side skirts your pretty much set.

If you go with that color please put gold rims on it. I honestly can't look at that car w/o gold. Even though Mark is a wheel *****. He know's that the gold one look the best. (stay away from ryan guys)

I don't even text ryan anymore. foo always upgrading and selling $h!t I can't afford lol

Fortunately for me, "I got the hook up". The guys I'm working with picked up a body/paint guy. He does a 10k job for something more affordable for us. 6-10k is what suckers pay, hahahaha, peeps without the hook up . I'll just do it and show you the car and you will be surprised. He's already painted our drift car s13, and **** is glossy already, AND it has not yet been polished/buffed. He's waiting until we put the car back together, cause right now it's stripped, no engine, etc.

I don't really have to explain but for ***** and giggles, For the drift car we provided all the materials, paint from our sponsor, but it looks like he has better hook ups. The drift car is white from Sherwin Williams but I think he will be using paint from PPG. Also his dad trains all the painters and body guys at Brecht BMW and passed his knowledge to him. I'll just get it painted and show you. Let his work do the talking
