i dont have the best insurance but im paying 1.2k a year with Wawanesa with decent coverage

 

Anyone have a radar detector? Cops were out everywhere last time I did Palomar.

 

when did u do the run and what time? we have been very fortunate to not deal with the cops yet.

 

Last weekend, past at least 5 cops, didn't start till around 11am though. Normally I'm on the mountain by 8 and never see anything.

 

I'm telling you, I have a route that will avoid the cops.

Skip out on the desert section. Replace it with the twisty Mesa Grande and another road that I will keep secret until I plan another run . The desert is just asking for a ticket since it's the summer. Leaving early is a must.

This isn't much to see out in the desert and the Sherrif station is out there.

If you got *****, do Palomar and Mesa Grande at night. LOL!

But for insurance I am happy with AAA. No where near as cheap as USAA was for me though. If you can I would try USAA. They have great customer service too =)

 

why did you switch if it was cheaper and have good customer service?

 

Because I got out of the military and my wife wanted AAA for the travel garbage.

Also, there is a show on the 7th in Irvine.
