was it the cf one or the aluminum one? i've had both, they're actually slightly different in design. the metal one hit my hood too, the cf one sat a lot lower. the Stillen one i just switched to sits SUPER low, barely clears w/the 5/16 spacer.

That is the problem though. You'll have some who don't know when or how to take it easy as have been witnessed during a few of the last runs. We've been very fortunate not to have been pulled over by the cops or someone losing their car over a cliff (knocks on wood) especially some of the newbies who have never been on a run before and forget this isn't a race just a little spirited driving, not calling anyone here in this group a newb. Andy sent out a text message about about doing Palomar/Julian this weekend, Saturday I think. It's starting to have so many folks on these runs now that they've had to break from 2 groups (fast/slow) to now possibly 3 or 4 groups. Runs when you have 30 or more cars can get very unorganized, very quickly. These things are going to start turning into special invite only runs here soon because of so many people going.
