sounds fair! lol. we arent having the traditional dinner this year. we will be having beef birria, its a mexican dish lol.

we had 2 really nice bottles of wines which i got for an amazing price.
we started off with a 2007 Cask Cabernet and then had a 2008 Ghost Block Cabernet, very different wines, both were great choices!
as for diner we started off with prok ribs in an adobo sauce and for dinner we had Beef birria a delicious traditional mexican dish.

 

next week, will not have my car for 10 days. Maybe longer then that. Lots of work to be done. Can't wait
