Need electrical help

Today I was trying to move an amp to cure the whining that I was getting from it. The amp for my sub fell over and a power wire came out and sparked. Now my stereo has no power and is now but a $600 paper weight. I ran out of day light today, but I do plan on using a test light tomorrow to check the wires in the back of the stereo for power. I have already checked every single fuse in the car and they are all still good including the fuse for the amps. If I do end up finding a wire that is dead I may need some help in replacing that wire. If it is not the wires does anyone know of a good electronics repair shop that can fix the stereo (if the stereo is the problem), since I did not connect the remote wire to the yellow wire behind the stereo; I used the red wire. The stereo is a Pioneer AVIC F90BT

Not every fuse was good. 1 fuse was popped, for the power mirrors. That single fuse was the problem, I replaced that fuse and there was power to the mirrors, instrument panel, rear defroster, and the stereo. That was frustrating, but that was some good news that I did not have to start rewiring anything or have the stereo fixed.
