been a while...
so yea..

as most of u SFL guys know pretty much when i got my car and first met most of you was when i decided to change my life and start getting healthy...

well heres my progress..

feb 2007
I looked like this....
386 50 inch waist 3xl shirt




feb 2008
Now.... 239 38 waist Large shirt
after 10 months of working out




figured i'd share...

i did eat subway once in a while.. but mainly from eating what u know u should..
