Angry How the hell to get ahold of the service dept. at South Infiniti?

This is so fcukin frustrating!!! wtf? these ppl are driving me crazy. i've been calling all morning and nobody, NOBODY is never available. i'm tired of reaching everyone's voicemail. does anyone here any direct line where the person will actually answer my phone call or call me back if i leave a message?

last time i used my car was saturday night. i parked and went to sleep. sunday i slacked the whole day and didnt leave my house. monday comes, 8:20am to go to work and the car doesnt start, doesnt even crank. we try to jump start it with the altima, nothing. lights work fine, etc. we tried to start it pushing it in 2nd gear, nothing. diagnose is most likely a dead starter. closest dealer to me is south infiniti but how do i get ahold of them? that's covered by warranty, but damn, that dealer's service sucks big time. what do i do? this is so frustrating.

sorry to hear that, I dont know anyone at that dealer. From what you say it doesnt seem like a starter problem, if you can start it with a jump or push start then it more to it. Did you check all the fuses? Any Cel light?

do u have anyone to look under the car to see if the cable has come loose from the starter? Does the car make a noise when u turn the engine over (cranking)?

You will most often have to leave a message and then they will call you back.. South Motors Service has actually been fvcking AWESOME with me. Hopefully Steve Anteen is taking care of you...if not, i recommend you ask to be changed to him. Good luck with getting your motor fixed though....just a head's up.....you may have to pay for that out of pocket.

Call and ask to talk to the Service Manager, if he doesn't answer ask for the sales manager and then just start babbling on like he's a serice guy, then they'll find someone to take care your call.
