Mike I am good to go for now just need to order a few things but no hurry, will order Tial 50mm bov, walbro 255, and oil pan spacer

Aren't the greddy wastegates = tial?

You should get some heat wrap for the starter and a little for the fuel lines would be good too, oh and t-bolt clamps too!

I still have a good mid pan if you want to mess around with your own set up. I just dont see doing all that for a return. The spacer kit will include spacer and the oil pick up spacer. However I dont think it comes with a longer dip stick. You already have the extra volume from the cooler and lines. What do you say I just weld some bungs on both sides of the pan and you give me yours when we do the swap?

Ya thats true about the extra oil cause of the cooler. We will see when we start tearing into it.

update: upgraded oil return lines, tial 50mm bov, and walbro confirmed.

I installed the headers on my mock up motor and with the studs removed if the bolt hole alignment is the slightest bit off I could see where you could have problems. But I suggest we put the manifolds on the mock up motor and see how bad they are. I like it and the bolts are 12mm 12 point bolts. Ive got the part numbers If you need it.

Mike I got the spacer for the hell of it, guy was selling on on my350z for a decient price, I am think of just pulling the motor, I will never forget how ****ty the headers were.

also this way I can ensure the manifold get torgued down properly
