Welp its 1042 and I just finished with prepping the oil cooler. I managed to cut the end tanks off with success. Hopefully I can get some end tanks and some 10AN bungs welded up 2morrow. I will post before and after pics by 2morrow night. late mike

Pretty bad but for 40 bucks I'd do it again. Its getting welded right now and will be done by this afternoon. Its going to be sick hahahaha one is mine for sure. Ernest is waiting for the finished product to see if he wants it or not.

Was just thinking here. With 10 an lines and the cooler this thing might hold and extra 3 quarts. So without the motor running it will be really hard to check oil level. My solution might be this tell me what you think Danny. I think it should work.

Mike you really think that it will hold that much more fluid? I was thinking more like a quart, quart and a half.

10an line is pretty big. And the cooler is 12x7 by 3 thick. I'm going to guess 3 quarts. Regardless you still wont be able to get a good oil level reading.

Mike those are some nice custom oil coolers. A aluminum oil cooler will do twice the work of a steel one. You were asking me about my setup and I couldn't really remember so I looked it up and here's my specs on the oil cooler and power steering cooler. The name of the Company I get my stuff from is www.hrpword.com you should really check this web site out.

Fluidyne
Specifications:
2 Pass oil cooler
14 3/4" x 6 1/4" x 2 3/4"
(2) AN-12 & (2) 1/2" NPT

6 3/4 Lbs Dry Weight

Fluidyne
Specifications:
1 Pass power steering cooler
14 3/4" x 3" x 3"
(2) 1/2" NPT or (2) AN-8
.53 qt capacity
4 lbs dry weight
